Support did end up helping me fix the issue, so I’ll give them credit for that. But after I paid, the replies felt slow, which made me a little unsure if they were going to follow through. It worked out in the end, but the wait made the whole thing feel a bit stressful.

The promos do work and I’ve used a few without much trouble, but sometimes the rules feel a bit uneven tbh. Like, some bonuses seem fair, then others have little conditions that make it feel not totally worth it.
